As an Account Coordinator, you will support the account team in building long lasting relationships with our clients. You will be part of a fast-growing team, focused on facilitating memorable experiences and protecting our accounts.


What we are looking for in a candidate

  • You are currently working at /or have a minimum of 1-2 years of professional digital agency experience.

  • You have excellent collaboration, relationship-building and communication skills.

  • You have stellar written and verbal communication skills.

  • You are comfortable working remotely and without supervision.

  • You are not afraid to ask questions when you are unsure.

  • You have experience working with workflow management tools and skilled in Google Suite.

  • You have excellent time management and organization skills.

  • You have a deep sense of empathy and a commitment to integrity.

  • You are eager to learn and open to mentorship.

What you will do

  • Assist account team with executing on overall client engagement strategy.

  • Prep onboarding materials for clients, helping to set them up for success.

  • Organize internal sales initiatives, assisting with the creation of estimates and contracts.

  • Assist with deck development for onboarding, quarterly planning meetings, and upsell opportunities.

  • Schedule and lead project retrospectives.

  • Coordinate quarterly satisfaction surveys and other initiatives to measure client satisfaction.

  • Deliver actionable and candid feedback from customers.

  • Provide content entry and other support services on your accounts.

  • Identify key account information that helps to inform case studies and thought leadership pieces.

  • Research emerging technologies and trends to present new ideas to project teams.

  • Organize and ensure follow through on priorities for the Account Management team.

  • Establish strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business, their needs, and how Borderless Marketing Group can best support them.

  • Support and learn from more senior members of the account team
